Solid value, very convenient location.
We got a room upgrade with Booking and stayed in a nice, big junior suite. Staff was nice and helpful, and the location is great to visit different spots along Reforma avenue.
I paid a fee to use the spa and the steam room did not work. Also, there was a gap in the room window and we could hear the traffic noise from outside.

What was the highlight of Hotel Marquis Reforma
Better than I expected, was perfect for our family vacation to Mexico City.
We had two rooms. The room with two double beds was very small and tight. The suite with a king size bed was big and adequate space. It seemed very clean and well maintained although the carpet and decor was a little dated. The staff was attentive, responsive and polite. The gym is amazing if you want to work out. Pool was nice too, and adequate for swimming some laps for a hotel pool. The location was good, and from there we could walk, bike or uber anywhere with ease (we particularly liked biking on the Ecobici bikes).
Decor is a little dated. Probably the one thing I really didn't like was in the public spaces where they had machines pumping out fragrance into the air - AWFUL if you don't like scents/perfumes.

Everything is positive about the property. I’ll stay there again.
Friendly staff, great location, and very nice building
Everything was great. Maybe they need to allow alcoholic drinks in the pool and spa area. However, no complaints since the staff provided great service.
